In August, I called a technician. Previously, I had contacted another company, but their technician said he needed the stove’s manual to diagnose the issue. By habit, I keep fridge magnets, and one of them had HM Repair’s number. I called them, and they processed my request immediately. The technician arrived very quickly. I was pleased with the repair and the friendly interaction. He explained the issue in detail and showed me the faulty part.
